Doman Capital & its affiliated companies (Doman Energy, Doman Real Estate Partners, Doman Technology Partners & Yucatan Capital Ventures, SA. DV.), began initial operations in 1992 and deal primarily in Energy exploration & acquisitions market. Doman Capital also makes selective equity investments in Real Estate & Technology as well.
Doman Capital is principally managed by President & CEO: Jeffrey M. Doman & EVP Operations: Spence Brown, through Doman’s offices in Dallas & in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to the formation of Doman Capital, Doman spent 9 years in Commercial Banking in loan work-outs & restructures, commercial lending & Investment Banking/M&A. Spence Brown is a 4th generation, East Texas oil & gas-(L.D. Brown Oil Co., Tyler), and manages all Oil & Gas operations.
Doman Capital specializes in Private Equity investments in Oil & Gas while utilizing its own Private Equity and a few qualified private equity co-investors. Annual funding/project budgets have averaged $5,000,000 to $40,000,000. All operations of Doman’s Energy projects are primarily with KEBO Oil & Gas, a well-known, reputable Operations Company in South Texas. KEBO & its affiliates are also Co-Investors together with Doman et al.
Doman’s focus is capitalizing on private Energy & Real Estate opportunities through its network and in conjunction with its operator & frequent funding partners: KEBO & its associates.
Doman Capital does not do PPM or LLC Offerings and is not a registered Broker-Dealer. We do not raise 3d-party capital for outside companies. Our primary activity is to co-invest with select-other qualified investors in private opportunities.
